The primary goal is to evolve GRIP Jobs from a simple informational website into a self-contained, interactive job ecosystem. This eliminates the current disjointed user experience of redirecting to external sites (RecruitCRM) for core functions. The new system will manage everything in one place, providing a seamless experience for Job Seekers, Employers, and GRIP Administrators.
